That is a meaningless statement. The huge White Mountain National Forest is green but you're not going to get much biomass out of it with all the restrictions on cutting. You're not going to get any biomass from the private landowners who don't want to sell off their forests. Its more complicated than the flat statement that growing forest covers 84% of the state of NH. Once you read the Landvest report you will realize that if Laidlaws Plant is built, and it should be, it will be the last biomass plant constructed in the area north of the Lakes Region.
