Sold shares to raise cash for ops fall/winter...now have rev/profit...no need to dilute any more. 20% stock dividend does not cost them a single penny.

BTW, the record date for the 20% stock dividend was when the O/S was about 1.5 bil, so the dividend is only 300 mil shares. Oh wait, our O/S is 4.7 bil, and the A/S is 5 bil, I wonder why they left 300 mil shares instead of going all the way? Oh yeah, thats right, because they will issue the remaining 300 mil in a few months.

It's all moot anyway....they have to get the O/S down and the best way to do this is buying back shares with profits they are making now, that and the 4.5 mil settlement they just discovered a few weeks ago. Those are two concrete reasons why the CEO says it is highly unlikely the BOD will go ahead with what was previously planned as a r/s. Not going to happen...you'll see the PR just like I will.

PPJE is on the REG SHO list, at the very least expect huge pumping PR...I just hope you guys buy enough before it comes out.
