Fair thing to bring up by all means. I have spoken to DME and nothing seems fishy. They offer many services that SDVI can pay for out of pocket that will ultimately benefit the company and shareholders imo.

It seems like they take on companies that are undervalued but lack liquidity. Time will tell.
