I agree with everything that you said... and I am in this long term too (taxes would kill me otherwise since my basis dates from cheap warrant days when Fernando was beating the table @15 cents per). I think that the 10k has to be "uploaded", and institutions have to have several "decision meetings" first, to get this moving.

That said...
With approximately 10mil of float (I think it is actually a little bit less) just three of us (You, Me & Fernando) hold 440k, and I have two other friends that raise that to 495k. that is just five holders with around 5% of the float.

Maybe I'm overestimating what other members of this board and CGS are holding..... but I would not be surprised to hear that we hold 20%+ combined. 10 million shares traded in 9 days when there are only say ... 8 million of non long float shares? .... with NO net price movement.

Very odd. I still would not be surprised to see a 13 get filed by the end of the month by an accumulating entity.....Just my guess.
