When you have a company that states in a March 26th PR that the transaction is complete yet gives no detail on what the transaction actually was, it just shows you that people running Winmax are not to be trusted. What real company says a transaction is done, yet gives absolutely no details? I'm actually surprised the new CEO of BNET would allow such a misleading PR to hit the wire. All imo.
