Pretty good take for a small machine shop, they probably haven't taken in that much money in sales in all their years...retirement time I guess? Headed to Margaritaville and decided to do it early and on someone else's nickel?

buyout for a penny...lololololololololol! They probably don't have 10-20k in tools/machinery there, they rent their space for crying out loud, so there goes the "property" portion of "property, plant, and equipment", lol, and there never was a "plant", maybe they have some used Snap-on stuff they can send to shareholders as consolation.

This is turning into another CMKX, there'll be a trillion shares out there before it's over between this pack of diluters and the naked shorters (who I guarantee you have zero illusions about the "buyout").
