I hope you realize that if anyone buys stock here at $.015 it is not putting money into the hands of the priciples right? Not unless there's someone on this board doing a private placement or crossing shares with them which I highly doubt. It is simply a play on the issuance of the permit to excavate. Period. That's a very simple concept and if you think they'll come up with it you buy and if you don't you stay away. Obviously you are a past employee or contractor that was burned in some way so you could care less about the permit and that is understandable. However, whether there are past troubles or pending legal actions it really doesn't matter if the permit comes into their hands. If it does there's money to be made buying the stock here and selling it higher. By the way, I'm not loyal to the company and I could care less except that they get the permit to move forward. Make a little money, maybe hang around a bit to see if they bring anything substantial up and then bye bye. The downside is they don't get the permit and the stock stays here or goes down to $.01. Certainly not a lot of downside and the upside potential is much greater. It's investing 101....low downside risk with high upside potential.
