I think they're going to have big trouble spinning out the next new entity. I think if the new entity continues intellectual property originally developed within BLLN, or continues to be a model that relies on Oracle for the database infrastructure, Oracle (and various other) creditors would just re-aim their attorneys to the new shell. It would be tantamount to a fraudulent conveyance. I wonder which creditor wins the answering machine in NYC? wink

Then again, as I've said for months now, we've seen the last of Klepsy and Co. in the United States for reasons we all know, and that includes "Son of BLLN". He's going to have a blast trying to get seed capital for a new entity elsewhere in the world, especially considering his reputation.
