"Management is continuing to work tirelessly to address these important filings and believes that the Company will soon be in a position to report the validation of our growth, via public filings."


The 10k is now 216 days. Management has had 309 days to work on the 10k, but they claim to be "Working tirelessly”?? I don't get it.

It's just my opinion, but I get the feeling management is toying with the shareholders.
