It's getting close to the time of emerging from bankruptcy, and it's subsidiary has a product that may be close to FDA Approval.. People are taking the bet now so they can be in early. Those who wait till all is said and done will miss the cheap entry. Pure speculation, it could go either way, but signs are looking good and now is the time to be loading cheap shares for when everything comes into play.
