I think its fine that they are working to correct the filing issues and I hope they do ASAP. But no tickey or shirty - until the 10K is filed, seen and digested by the investment community shares will be "dead wood" IMO. At this point management actually needs to deliever - they get zero points for a PR saying that they intend to deliver. I would rather get surprised by the actual 10K, instead of a PR saying they working on it.
