No, you can't back it up with verifiable info because there is no verifiable info indicating the OS is less than 3 Billion. There is plenty of evidence that the OS is near 3 Billion. If your investment decision is, in whole or part, based on there being significantly less than 3 Billion OS, you are on very, very shaky ground.
