We favor stocks with cheaper valuations and strong pipelines. Among our Buy-rated stocks, we think the best four stocks to buy now are Amgen (ticker: AMGN), Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (SPPI), Isis Pharmaceuticals (ISIS) and Genzyme (GENZ).
