Damn good question!!! Cmkx was successful with the sting so why Cshd?. I DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER for fact
This is my take:
In 2005 maheu made a deal with the crooks with the OK of the DOJ. CSHD showed up in 06 This deal left the NSS promoters in business; paid a heavy price for their illegal activities but still in business. So they continued to destroy innocent companies thru the illegal NSS. They probably laughted at the cmkx settlement knowing they could make it back and more
Enter Rufus/CSHD with the purpose to make some big money for the real shareholders and assist in the SHORT ELImINATION. Something cmkx didn't do....THE ELImINATION of these crooks
