Exactly spec, I'm starting to think a share swap is coming... They made sure they worded that PR perfectly, so they could draw in people with that .01 pps, but at same time covering themselves legally by not saying whether it's going to be a cash buyout or a share swap. Just the actions of THRR speak louder then the words... After the offer and PR, THRR increased the O/S and A/S by billions and billions... Now what buying company in their right mind would accept that? Unless that was part of the agreement and buying strategy. Who knows what kind of BS is going on behind the scenes... Alot of people are being very cautious, otherwise the pps would be way higher then it is right now...
