Is everyone aware what happened to MESA AIR?

They weren't planning on it, but then did, and followed through with it.


Is it CCTC's case?

CCTC said that they anticipate revenue with 45 days of INDIA LICENSE CONTRACT in DEC 2009. It has been WAY PAST 45 DAYS. It has been over 4 months.

They need IMMEDIATE FINANCING (they have stated)

They thought they would get revenues already.

Is CH 11 in their future?

I don't know. I just see red flags ahead.


THEY HAVE NO CURRENT OR ACTIVE REVENUE.

INDIA is NOT EVEN IN THE 10-K (unless I overlooked it)

They have franchise type of business. IMO they don't need much..imo bc they don't handle all of the costs it seems.

They need to raise like $20m....WHERE IS THAT GOING TO COME FROM.

WHAT ARE INDIA REVENUES...IF ANY...(SINCE NOT in 10-k) I imagine it wont be much. CCTC even said it won't be significant.

READ CCTC's 18 RISK FACTORS.

Don't tell them they didn't warn you if things don't work out as planned.

I think CCTC is a value maybe around .03 - .-05
