I agree. I think it all depends on the stability of the company.

C paying off the tarp and having cash is a good sign IMO

I just had an experience with another stock I was down on for months and after the r/s (thought for sure it would tank) it actually went up and I was able to profit on it.

I believe there's healthy r/s's and of course the typical penny stock rinse and recycle which I don't think would be the case here at all.
