SPNG is a Private Company, that just happens to trade as a public company. I thought everyone knew this fact.

This is a key fact in this whole process. This fact, plus the identities of the Pike Limited Partners will go a long way in answering a lot of questions about the future of SPNG, and its impact on the retail investor.
