very good point there Pedro. I am sure he purchased shares so that GSRE could pay the $1,800 due in Nevada. Now, if any shareholder thinks this company has any value, they can go to Nevada SOS and file a complaint, and basically go through a few steps and take over the company. I dont think there are any shareholders who think GSRE has any value, otherwise they would have already gone through this process. Noone wants a liability. This company has not been legit in over 5 years. They have not done anything to change that.

As long as there are still shares to distribute for services or whatever to vendors, the Brandons/Claytons/Jims all can make a few bucks, until someone shuts them down.
