But the forward look of the CEO Hu Xiaoming must be real good and full of confidence otherwise he wouldn't have taken over 100% of the shares of the Excelvantage Group. That info was also contained in the 10-K and the new Form 4 that came out.
As a result the CEO now owns >60% of the company.
