Now, I just do not understand...

How this remains a point of interest for posting...

iFinix Corp. reported revenues of $446,499 and a loss of $7,043 for the year which ended December 31st, 2009. These revenues were derived primarily from its wholly owned subsidiary iFinix/Proactive Futures. This represents a revenue increase of $323,031 and a reduction in losses of 90% or $1,264,574 for the same period last year.

Any 1st time investor nevermind an experienced fool worth half their weight can read between the lines if the time is taken....

So, New Topic is : 90% is the NEW 54%
Take that the company reported no commissions for the first half of the year 2008... Take that the company DILUTED from AUG 09 of 93mm shares out to over 190 mm by Jan of 2010..

Everything is ok except that the "shareholders" paid for the debt thru dilution.

The report shows the "convertable debentures" have been eliminated along with a chunk of outstanding oficer's salary.
Will that be the case for the 1st Q 2010?

I cant get the math to account for the "other income" but unless any cash that was set aside has been deferred for future reporting this is a one time event!

I for 1 would like to see any cash left over used to reduce shares out!!!! (this is atleast 3-5 yrs off..imo)

I continue to monitor the competition and they are in the same boat marketwise. The economy has hurt everyone. I have yet to see any near term positive this company has over it's competition except with pricing. Other companies offer more information products / this company offers (or soon to offer) trading.

Hmmm, trader is the "PRO" side right? Who really knows if not IM'n the BOSS....

* disclosure: not sure the numbers above will come out "in line messageboard wise" but they are factual reported numbers per co. filings.

The story will be how the mass reads it but, the trick is in how it is delivered. Ya never know, maybe the Govt. will take over real time stock quotes and it will be free for everyone??

Good for the public - Bad for our investment in this co.

Im hoping the 1st Q 2010 shows a nice chunk of subs for
"realtime" but I isnt bett'n da farm on it!
