HSCC steady accumulation has been occurring the last 2-3 months by some of the same players that were in it for the big run last Sept. The difference this time is they own twice as much of the float that they did last Sept. Of the 58million float over 20 million is held by a few strong hands. from the transfer agent same float and OS as the last 2 plus years.

mm tighten the spread for about 4 days and it ran from .0040 to .0081 now at .0075. Then last week mm widened the spread .0040x.0075 when they ran low on shares killing the volume while they figure a strategy. Some large blks 500k or bigger took a long time to fill. 5-6 weeks in small chunks at a time, mm didn't have many shares to go around. The following is a trade confirmations from a 500k open buy order@.0050 that took from 1/22/10 to 3/01/10 to fill. The last blk is the top one 254,548. Somebody dumped about 334k that day which were bought up promptly. Notice the small blks 100 shares mm does that to close the price down low. 100 shares at .0050 is worth 50 cents take out the $7 commission and you are down $6.5. Persistence and patience will be rewarded. Before long these shares will be worth many times as much.
