if i recall correctly ,one other R/S reason is to start to take the company private. over time they manipulate and reduce share numbers until the last R/S leaves only the biggest 300 [or less] shareholders ,the fractional shares are paid cash, & they proxy the company PRIVATE. i'm not saying that's the case here, but wouldn't that be a "HOLY CRAP" moment down the road if they've got some big tenative sales commitments??
