Thank You Panhead,SO are you saying you believe that when they bring in the lower denominations they will co exist with the larger ones at the same value..SO IF one dinar was one US dollar of the smaller bill 25,000 Dinar note would be worth $25K USD.The large bills when turned in would just be taken out of circulation..
I am sorry if i am sounding stupid I just want to make sure i am understanding you.
