Might there be shareholders from the company they reversed into?
1500 seems pretty high, but almost all previous holders have been reversed to oblivion. Also could be counting NVMG holders who are to at some point receive shares...LOL. Nasty thing to say, but looks like the holders of the travel services company stock made out better than we did. Also not to forget that they gave themselves preferreds convertible into 500 million commons in addition to the 5 million each commons...essentially 51% of NAGP.
