and another thing....If YOU read ALL the NEWS coming out of Iraq about "Oil","Business","natural resource and so on why cant the IQ Dinar go from .0009 to .10 cents ????? or .45 cents ????? The Naysayers/ Bashers can say what ever they want....Bottom line Iraq is about to get out of Chapter 7 and sanction lifted so dont tell me the value of the DINAR cant go UP....It very WELL CAN...just like the rest of the worlds currency does !!!!!....happy trails

3. Estimate the amended exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar to be used in technical and economical feasibility studies and for (1.134) dollar per dinar. This price should be approved for 3 years until re-appreciation by the competent authorities.
