China Stocks to Rise as Policy Won’t ‘Kill’ Gains, Waddell Says

China’s stocks will rebound as “investors wake up to the fact that the government doesn’t want to kill the market,” Jiang, a money manager at Overland Park, Kansas-based Waddell & Reed Financial Inc., which oversees $70 billion in assets, said in a phone interview. “The authorities just want to normalize what were very loose conditions.”
