what are we waiting for here? We are waiting for an SEC decision that has no enforcement power behind it and that can be ignored by the DTCC?? What is the point in that? What is the SEC supposed to be ruling on any way?
So when the DTCC ignores what we hope will be a positive decision by the SEC IPWG's only other option is to Sue the the DTCC.On what grounds is IPWG going to go to court on??The opinion of the SEC only?........They were following the SEC litigation to start with.they are protecting shareholders.Can you sue them for that?They are running their business as they see fit............what is wrong with that?...........even if the SEC does not agree with their "cautious ways".................:)
Is this going to be a class action lawsuit by share holders then??.......Really?............against whom should be the question here, IMO.Think about this.
Going to court is a waste of time and money. Lawyers will tell you any thing in order to get that hourly check.Kiss your ass good bye if we go to court. All our shares will be frozen for eons and the company will be humming on all cylinders making all kinds of money with the WTE plants,from the newly acquired Italian money, right?

The goal is to never lift the chill,IMO. I can see the attraction of keeping the chill ON now if you are management.Because All ( US) shareholders will be locked out of the picture for ever........WE will not get too share in any profits at all. Since the company will be non-reporting and all the shares are frozen and the whole thing is under litigation.They can't/Don't have too pay dividends and share the wealth. They don' have to split the profits with any one.
Pinocchio could not have asked for a better outcome to this movie. The company will not be held responsible to anyone.They will be in Limbo.......... DO YOU ALL GET IT? No reporting off profits, any kind of salary is possible now......vacation trips........... retirement package.........golden parachute........the works, IMO What is there to stop these guys from driving the best cars and getting the best executive homes?? It will be locked up in court for ever because they want it that way.
It will be the best of both worlds.A public company that is not public, since it is chilled.They will just run it any way they feel like with total impunity.In fact they will probably write book on it an they will be stars in a movie.All future con-men will study this scenario and apply it in their companies. The goal from now on will be to have income and get chilled.
With that formula for success .......... You can't change the board you can't fire them you can't sue the companies management for (YOUR) share of the money since the will just say it is not our fault.............."We are Chilled"

Ohhh..........Yeah baby. They will be working real hard to get this chill removed. I also believe in the Easter bunny and the tooth fairy.
All those other options like name change , mergers will not hold water and are dead with the chill, IMO. the one option I really have hope in is the president of the USA issuing an executive order in favor of IPWG and against the DTCC. We have a good chance there I feel.......:)
These guys are not going to do anything. They have juts found/stumbled on to the best retirement program ever created, IMO.
