Barchenko has certainly delivered his share of disappointing news in the past, but I think he may be looking to make at least one more run above $1. The company has always had an impressive list of clients, but rarely has management turned that asset into a profit. The upcoming quarterly report should be interesting, and perhaps with a few more contract announcements, the grandkids will have their college funds in the bag - one full of capital gains, unlike the bag EKCS old timers have been holding for so long!
