I'm a bit skeptical as to NEOM's expenses/costs which lead to these stated losses. It doesn't seem that they do that much PR/Marketing, Technical R&D or have such a large workforce/overhead. Any chance that the majority of these "red herring expenses" can really be atributed to the extremely large wages and bonuses of IM and the BOD among other things?
