Has anyone heard when/how CDIV is releasing the shares into the market?

TACOMA, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/25/10 -- Cascadia Investments, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CDIV) announced today that it has now completed its purchase of eighteen game applications developed for the Apple iPhone platform. These games are wholly owned by Cascadia and are currently available for download from the Apple Store.

In other news, the company plans to increase its outstanding shares by 3,500,000 for expansion of its marketing and development endeavors. In addition, management is also filling the Rule 144 paperwork that will permit 2,000,000 shares to be eligible for sale. The company has also cancelled 840,000 shares previously issued for acquisitions that failed to materialize.
