It would be nice to see rational discussion here regarding the actions of Quasar instead of wild claims by both sides. For instance, the dilution issue has been beaten to death. The questions that should be asked are mainly these 2, imo.

Do you trust management to act in the best interests of the shareholders? Now if you don't, then obviously holding shares here is not just risky but plain stupid. Seeing how they have done it openly, that so many in management have great backgrounds, and that not only do they own common stock but so do their family and friends, I will continue to hold strong.

What value has been gained from these increases? We know of 2 acquisitions the shares have been used for, TigerFish and Mineseeker. Now if you don't believe these 2 have merit it would make no sense to buy or own this stock. I see Tiger as a huge revenue producer potentially in the near future and Mineseeker has off the charts potential when you consider the $$ amount involved with landmine removal. IMO, Mineseeker alone is worth the risk. This does not even include funding used for acquisitions 1-4.

When the confirmation comes, those in will be rewarded immensely. Sure there is risk here and the pps reflects that risk. Never, and that is NEVER invest more than you can afford to lose, and that goes for ANY investment, not just the pennies. I have ZERO doubt that these deals are real and that the Bond money is real. We are closer than ever and I will be here to see this come to fruition.
