Pretty much.

The Bio-clean shell has been passed around more often than... well, you get the idea... the sort of thing that gives other crap POS shell stocks a bad name. Mostly, it seems it has been used as currency in lieu of real $$$ in transactions, so they can say the transactions are worth whatever they want them to be worth.

It makes more sense to use it the way they have here, to have co-located it here with another mom and pop type small company that is in the environmental remediation business... compared to prior transactions that didn't have any coherent reason for it to be attached... which still doesn't mean that there is any real value in it now.

Have seen it often enough, where a non-traded stock worth sub-penny $ bumps along... trades once for $2 on one day, then goes right back to sub penny... so that the $2 price can be claimed as the value used in a transaction.

The "patent" they claim to have on the "best ever" oil extraction technology doesn't seem to actually exist...

Haven't been able to find they have been awarded or ever owned any patents... and when I've called, twice now, they haven't been able to come up with anything yet that shows there even is one.

Caveat Emptor.
