We can use your help!
As you know, the Mayhem boys have filed to have the broadcast rights for TFN transferred to themselves, effectively taking away our TFN investment through BKMP. Right now, the only thing that matters is preventing this.
We are asking that as many BKMP shareholders as possible would contact the CRTC by APRIL 8. We are told specifically, “NO RAMBLING.” The CRTC only cares (or can do anything) about the license transfer application.

Suggested contact to the CRTC:

I am a public shareholder in a publicly traded stock called Blackout Media Corp. (BKMP) which owns a 14.8% share of TFN Global. BKMP is part of a class action lawsuit currently before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice Commercial List file # CV-10-8614-00CL. There is a hearing set for May 4th to obtain an injunction on TFN Global in preventing Mayhem Media Corp from selling or attempting to realize on its alleged default.

I respectfully request the CRTC to deny the request or postpone the ruling until this matter is resolved for all shareholders in the courts.

Check the box associated with “Fight Media Inc.” then click “Next.”

In the “Comment” box select whether you support or oppose Fight Media’s position. Fill out the comments (or cut and paste the suggested note above).... then click “Next.”

Fill out step 4 about appearing personally or not then click “Next.”

Fill out step 5 about personal information. NOTE: At the bottom you will have to click that you are sending your comments to the applicant so make sure you have a copy of what you actually typed in with your comments. It is supposed to be EXACT... then click “Next.”

Print or Submit your form.
