The only way they will halt the stock is if FINRA can prove illegal activity or huge breaking news comes out. SH is too slick to get caught doing something illegal and I can’t in my wildest dream believe the latter will happen.

JMO but I believe Humphries needs to set-up the company to meet the demands of FINRA before they grant a name change. As I stated earlier, I believe the hang-up is in the two companies (private & Public) having the same name. What else could it be? He’s done this name change thing before, but never with two entities chartered defiantly with the same names working off the same books. WRONG!

That’s why SH needs to disclose more facts to us, and I can not phantom a reason why (other then ignorance) anyone would buy shares of this shell or scam. Until then, were stuck.
