what drives the jobs overseas, is not the "greedy corprate structure", but the heavy handed government that thinks they should tax those corporations into non existance in order to spread the money around.

...and to provide for the common defense, build and maintain decent roads, make sure your car is safe to drive, make sure your toaster will not electrocute you, make sure the people that build things like homes and bridges have licenses and are not cutting corners, that the air and water are clean.... etc etc .... oh and provide research dollars for cool new stuff like cheap oil from algae
