Also go to your pharmacy and order Ph dip sticks, it will tell you how much acid or alkaline you are. If you can find the ones to test blood Ph even better.You can get supplements to get you to a 7 "neutral".If your Ph is lower than 7 "Acidic" it can cause Gout, Arthritis and aging of the skin.

I was on 100mg of Allopurinol and was told to stop taking due to my kidney issue, it could do further damage.
