the increase in O/S?.......are you saying, is the increase of O/S related to the restricted shares?......I think the increase is directly related to paying for 3rd party promo's, lawyer fees and basic overhead..... maybe Randall is getting paid through stock as well.......from what I read stock is the main way they pay bills.....I think the CEO gets over 5 million shares a yr for his salary, if I read the 10K correctly........even though they've had no revenues he's made a fortune IMO$$$
