You really should learn how to conduct your own DD and such, and I don't really have time at the moment to provide you with links and the like, but I will give you a couple of tidbits since you apparently have not made the effort to do so yourself. This company has a history of announcing deals which do not come to fruition. After the LOI deal(s) are announced, they proceed to dilute the Hell out of it. Shall I talk about an SEC indictment against a former BOD member last year, and do you really think that he is no longer involved with the company? Also, how do you expect these "deals" to take place considering the assets (or lack thereof) that this company possesses? Sure you're here just to try and make a buck on a quick trade, but based on the number of buys at .0003, you ain't making nothing more than dinner money at this point, and if they suddenly announce that the deals are off, you're screwed.
