SPNG is not bouncing checks now because they have a CPA acting as the CFO. Its very simple, if there's no money in the checking account, you don't write checks.

I'll even bet the CPA installed an accounting software package to keep track of the checkbook balance. No one keeps the corporate checkbook in their back pocket, except Mosky. Because of the CPA, SPNG will never issue a hand written check again.
