I believe that is a fair and accurate point Black Thought.

With all due respect Black Thought I think, but I cannot be certain that time line dependant on the referendum vote.

However I am NOT leaving just yet from Summit City/ EXTO.

I am pretty frustrated like everyone else on Team Summit City right now.

I can say that if I do not hear anything by May 1, 2010 I am moving on.

It bothers me that I have set a date that if I do not see something happen I am out, but I cannot wait three or four years for something to maybe happen. I have already waited one year.

It is also bothering me that if I do stick to my guns and sell out and move on, May 2nd this will explode and I'll be in the rain with no umbrella.

That being said, I have set my date and will make a few million shares availible for the next guy.
