Now, now, guys. We're all on the same side.

Of course it is true that the stockholders of a corporation elect the Board of Directors, and that the Board appoints the officers.

It is also true that Rick Strattan owns a majority interest in CTDH, so he has control of the company.

I *THINK* it is also true that none of us are complaining about Rick's stewardship of the company. He has surrounded himself with some capable people and the company is growing nicely (but is still tiny, of course). This should be an interesting and successful year for CTDH and for all of us.
