So from that conversation how did you get:

It seems that BBDA hasn't hired that new accounting firm for Jan 01, 2010 which is why we never got the numbers we were promised and the annual report.

BBDA is still "working on" the process of hiring the auditing firm that would be responsible to handle all the accounting / filing etc., needs of the comnpany.

So with that said, don't expect numbers or financials or annual reports any time soon.

All he said was they were working on a complete company with turn key operations.
