reverse split to what? a r/s to $5.00 or more sometimes works, if there are orders on file for the products. it puts it in the sphere of a differant type of investor. it boils down to the same old thing : if u've got the sales orders ur still in there, if u don't - why don't you. i know sometimes when a company has the orders they r/s because they know the quarterlys will show a large improvement and will support that r/s pps, or they're trying to move to a better listing for the stock, but that takes audited financials. IMO. R/S could be a good idea in only a limited number of ways. csli 'completed' products have a 30% to 50% profit margin , they previously stated they expect $15M ,conservatively, in sales for 2010. what is their price per unit and how many units have they sold to date? the military needs their products. the present President sings the praises of support of GREEN products with the GOV'T leading and spending our tax money to accomplish the GREEN ECO-MISSION,OH YEAH. where's some of that stimulus $ for csli products for job creation and the ozone layer , Barry??? so, mr. gray needs to throw us a bone by giving us some solid sales/orders reports and be real clear to what r/s $ and why he believes a r/s is the best available maneuver in that newsletter. are we still in there fighting or are we haunchering down trying to hold out for another year. i've thought this co. had a great potential that needed a few years to be realized, but only with the FED as their primary client and that's the risk , DORTHEY; politicians & bureacrats & their red tape lies, OH MY!!!
