IPWG is so easily manipulated by the mm's. At 11:16 ET there were 100,000 shares traded at .001. WOW a $100 trade moved the pps. It will be more than difficult to get the pps back over .005 and cash just might be correct again about tripple O's. I hate it that he just might be right but facts are facts. $$$$$ in a few days or weeks. Who knows? The "chill" looms as the biggest hurdle and if that isn't lifted we're just languishing down here below 1 cent.

There was a 2.85 million share trade at .001 just before that at 11:07 so it was not a $100.00 trade as you are suggesting.
