Pepino, the difference is

that Chris is giving out the F/S to share holders and many won't sell the split shares for a long long time. So, there really won't be a flood on the market. The shares will be out there, but many folks will simply hold them because they are basically "free" shares.

The PPS after the last F/S kept rising and GIANT holders like "Ad1" on this board just keep holding and accumulating more. Ad1 holds about a gajillion shares or close to it!

ATNP/GOTV simply has too much potential and smart buyers know it. BTW there was a $26000 buy the other day at .0085. Folks throwing around that much at a whack usually know what they're doing.

I have absolutely zero concern over the A/S and O/S after the split, the PPS will climb right back up!
