Lowman you really believe that short selling is the reason for CTGI staying under .25... C'mon.... NO product, No service, No management, all absent.. Management is just getting started and its not even fully in place.. The product is limited and sales are non existant.. No network to sell product and no sales force.. CTGI if and when anything occurs will be years down the road and so will the stock price, if and when everything else occurs... For now and in the present future CTGI is a buy and sell as needed.. Make your money and run... but of course hold some if any one of the above items looks promising...

All of course my opinion.. Take it for what its worth..
