Great post, I too have researched this company for 2-3 months and have watched its L2 everyday. Very interesting to see the new buyer ARCA in at the end of the day. I think this is when CCTR will finally catch up to market value. .17 is going to be a ways out but I do agree they are poised for lift off. They posted like 10 mil in 2009 so why their PPS is this low is amazing but I'll be buying if there are willing sellers
