For the sake of the shareholders here, I really would like to be able to picture a good outcome for all of this but it's just not sustainable. At some time they're gonna have to quit selling shares and bid appropriately. I fear they'll lose their big name clients to suppliers who are very good at the bidding process, which is an art form.

I'd love for someone to show me how this outfit gets from point A to point B when share sales dry up.
