I'm optimistic they'll be able to file within 2 weeks. They did file much later last year, but remember, during 2008 they were in the midst of transitioning their business - signing the exclusive distribution agreement with XiKai Mining - signing distribution agreements with new customers --- needless to say, there were many new disclosures in the 2008 10-K that needed to be made. No doubt, it took a lot of extra work last year to make sure all the disclosures were made, not just regarding the new agreements but regarding the jade industry as a whole as well. While these disclosures will need to be updated and tweaked this year, it should be a much less labor intensive endeavor. They do have a new auditing firm, but they were signed on last summer and should have had plenty of time to get up to speed. Not a great way to make a good first impression - dragging out the audit - causing filing delays, etc. All just my opinion of course and do reserve the right to be dead wrong on this.
